Since 2007, Spa Utopia has raised over $250,000 for global and local charities. In 2009, The Utopia Foundation raised over $36,000, and a few weeks ago we sent $9,000 to the Canadian Red Cross - Haiti Relief. Money for charitable causes is generated by opening the spas beyond regular business hours — including statutory holidays. Volunteer staff members provide services and 100 percent goes to The Utopia Foundation. We are also delivering donation cheques of $6,500 to each of three local charities: BC Women's Hospital, Canuck Place Children's Hospice and The Rick Hansen Foundation.
